Meeting with your Trainer at least once per week at the gym (567 Collins St, Melbourne), training for 45 to 60 minutes.

This includes an initial consultation to assess goals, limitations, lifestyle factors and your training program and nutritional advice designed to go alongside your 1:1 sessions.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Similar to 1 on 1 Personal Training, with sessions conducted 100% online using Zoom. 

You can train in your own home or your own gym from anywhere in the world, with your Trainer conducting your session with your virtually.

Initial consultations, training programs and nutritional coaching are also included.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Meeting with your Trainer at least once per week at your own facility (home or outdoors), training for 45 to 60 minutes.

This includes an initial consultation to assess goals, limitations, lifestyle factors and your training program and nutritional advice designed to go alongside your 1:1 sessions.
