Kirsty Lee Pepper is a Personal Trainer, Group

Lifter and an advocate for Optimal Living & Wellness.
She has won multiple titles including Miss Fitness Southern Hemisphere with the World Fitness Federation, won Powerlifting Competitions (and still holds the records at some centres!), been a Judge for professional Bodybuilding Federations including ANB and WFF and has won Les Mills National Instructor of the Year. She has also written professionally for Oxygen Magazine, been a Trainer and Assessor for Cert III/IV FItness and Cert III Group Ex. and has been a school presenter on Body Image for The Butterfly Foundation.
As a Fitness Professional, she has developed her own workshops approved by Fitness Australia and presented at Fitness Conventions. She is trained in 18 different Group Fitness programs from Les Mills programs (8 in total, Elite in 3) to Pilates, Spin, Step and Freestyle Aerobics! As a Trainer she has coached people ranging from professional athletes, IRONMAN competitors, fellow trainers, sports models and the Miss World Australia competitors, right through to stay-at-home mums and everyday gym-goers.

Anthony emphasises strength and conditioning
training exercises that can be transferred from
the gym to daily life, holds advanced qualifications in Human Nutrition and is currently a course-tester for Ninja Warrior.
Anthony works with each client on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts. He is recognised for his expertise in functional training, bodybuilding and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques for both men and women. With over 10 years in the fitness industry, Anthony’s dynamic approach, strong attitude, boundless energy and humour only add to the effectiveness of the experience his clients enjoy.
